Hello all. I have almost completed a 23.5 foot Tolman but have an issue with installing a scupper in the transom. The water level is too close to the floor level for comfort. I can drain rain water into the bilge and use the bilge pump to deal with it. Any suggestions? Thanks. Kevin Black.
