As a kid I always saw the charter boats rolling out of Rock Harbor on Cape Cod with outriggers to spread out the lines while trolling for bluefish or stripers.
Have these lost popularity?
The last few charters I have been on they use planer boards and divers that clip in to the line.
Can anyone tell educate me on how to set them up?
