I came up with this idea last week.
Get a package of those dried wasabi peas and mash them up with a rolling pin.
Add 2-3 tsp of room temp butter to make a thick crumble and top the halibut fillets about 1/4" thick.
Bake at 325 for 12-15 min depending on thickness.
Serve over Jasmine rice with a sweet/spicy miso type sauce.
