get a a 6 or 7 lbs roast  ,put about 3 ,4 lbs charcoal in grill .put roast in when coals are good an ready ,let it char  on both sides also put apple wood in though out begining.just keep throwing a hand full in every 5 min , or so,when coals calm down throw in a hand full of coals to keep it cooking slow also the apple wood !! ;Dafter an hour an half of this wrap in foil and put a meat thermo, in roasr and take out at 165 ,its so good u might HURT you self ,mike :P :P :o ;D :)
