Unusual pizza toppings
« on: August 26, 2022, 12:13:47 PM »
So I now own and operate Sirius Wood Fired Pizza.

What unusual pizza topping do you like?

My best selling pizza has created by my son Charlie. It has a cream sauce, mozz, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon.

The Star shaped pizza below has pockets filled with Nutella. It is dismissed with a whiskey chocolate sauce and a little powdered sugar.

Moose's Tooth used to make a great stuffed-halibut pizza ... spendy but delicious.  After a while, it became more of a pizza with bits of white-something on it (too small to taste) and then it went away.

One pizza place that I liked had a 'Friday Special' that had a good amount of the tiny deli shrimp on it and lots of black olives ... it was good :)

Smoked oysters, anchovies, and tomatoes. My wife calls it my "stinky pizza".

A place I loved in Germany had a shrimp, garlic, and artichoke pizza. I can’t  find shrimp that can survive the heat of my oven - either they don’t cook through or turn to rubber.
