Finally got around to grilling some of the 15' thresher shark I caught this summer. Sweeeeeeeet. First time I have tasted thresher. If you like swordfish, you will love thresher on the grill. Nothing crazy, just slapped mayo on both sides and squeezed lemon on it and threw it on the open flame. Very very tender and sweet tasting.
