Most of my trips and adventures feature Gary and other fishermen, although from time to time I have mentioned Charlie Malloy. Charlie Malloy was my long time friend and neighbor, and our kids played together when they were young. Charlie passed away at the way too young age of 56.
Charlie had a massive heart attack and his son found him about 1 am Friday morning. Charlie loved people. He met a few of you (Steve Z, Jim Shula, Randy Z, and a host of others up in Maine. Charlie loved everybody and didnt have a mean bone in his body. I had spoken to some of you in the past 1998-2014 over the various Charlie adventures in the woods and a little in the water. When my mother passed away in 2007, I was flying back from Ft Benning. Charlie was holding her hand when she passed. My family loved him and we will miss him.
