The boat is sitting in a frame on casters so the crew rolls the boat and lines it up with the door.
Once it is lined up with the door we place two floor jacks on each side and raise it.
After raising high enough we pull the frame out from under the boat. Thats me on the ladder reassuring myself it will make it out the door.
Now the boat has been lowered onto 1.5" pipes for rolling out.
It's clear of the garage door Phew!!
Now it's lined up with the trailer and we jack it back up again.
Once it is jacked up we basically winch the trailer under the boat until the bow rests on the bunks.
At this point we realign the rear jacks at the transom so that they will roll forward with the boat and simultaneously winch and push it onto the trailer.
Here it is on the trailer! click on the picture for a larger different view.

Our Tolman is born! Well it came out of the garage today. It was a blustery but otherwise pleasant day and I had a lot of help.
